Amanda – Co-Founder & Master Roaster
Amanda is the driving force behind the quality and flavor of Our Blend’s coffee. As Master Roaster, she brings technical skill, creativity, and a commitment to sourcing ethically and sustainably grown beans. Amanda manages all aspects of the roasting process, from green bean selection to final roast profiles, ensuring every batch meets the highest standards. Her passion for craftsmanship and her dedication to Our Blend’s mission make her an integral part of both the product and the purpose. Stacey – Co-Founder, Bookkeeper & Human Resources Lead
Stacey combines years of coffee industry experience with expertise in bookkeeping, financial management, and human resources. She oversees all accounting, payroll, and compliance functions while maintaining a healthy, supportive workplace culture.
